Personalised Items

As most of our products are made to order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Please ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, spelling, wording, etc.) are checked carefully before confirming your order.

Non-Personalised Items

If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will always do our best to put things right, whether that is a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
