Thank you for shopping with The Little Craft Company. Every item is handmade with love, and we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

Most of our items are made to order, especially personalised products. Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be created before dispatch.

Custom photo items or larger orders may take slightly longer (up to 7–10 working days). If you need something urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Delivery

We offer shipping across the UK. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and delivery will usually take 2–5 working days, depending on the postal service.

Personalised & Handmade Items

As each product is handmade and often personalised, dispatch times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Easter and Father’s Day. We always recommend ordering early where possible.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, once an item has been dispatched, postal delays are outside of our control. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please get in touch and we will help investigate.
